How can I place an Order?


You just need to click “Add to Cart” after you have found any products that you want to purchase. Thereafter, you can view and update the items in your shopping cart by click the “Show Cart”, which is on the top of right side. Sorry. AusCartridge does not ship internationally. We only provide services to the Australian market at this moment.

How do I return an item?


Yes. To return an item, please include the delivery note/invoice that you received with your parcel and outline the reason for the return. No goods will be accepted outside the 14 days of purchase without authorization or proof of purchase.
